Rates  : 

Monochrome (B&W) - $85 per hr.

Color - $105 per hr.

Plotters and Solid Ink - $125 per hr.

All service calls are billed a minimum one hour charge, with 1/2 hour increments billed after the first hour. Most service calls can be completed within the one hour time frame.  Anything that may go beyond, will be approved by the customer prior to performing further repairs.

Tip : Having false errors reported on your printer's screen?  A power strip, surge protector, or UPS system could be the problem as they age.  Try pluging the unit directly into the wall.
